FITNESS TRAINING

The certified personal trainers of Onward Fitness have been helping people in Richmond, VA and surrounding areas lose weight, tone up and get stronger in their own homes, apartment complexes, offices and back yards. We come to you bringing everything needed for a GREAT workout. We even have a great  fitness boot camp for those who enjoy getting outdoors and working in a group!

Partnering with an in-home personal trainer stacks the cards in your favor, providing: 
  • RESULTS: Results come much quicker when you work with a personal trainer. We’ll design an effective fitness plan to help you achieve your goals, provide nutrition resources for cleaning up your diet, and consistently monitor your progress to ensure that you keep moving in the right direction.
  • ACCOUNTABILITY: We all know how easy it is to find excuses, and consistency is the name of the game when it comes to fitness. With an in-home personal trainer, you have a scheduled appointment, and your workout partner comes to you. No more missed workouts holding you back.
