Led by our certified personal trainers, our group fitness offerings are adjustable to meet individual ability, and unlike some big box gyms, we keep our class sizes limited to make sure you get the attention you need. Enjoy the camaraderie and motivation of your fellow members, raise your metabolism, work your body from head to toe in a climate-controlled environment, and feel great - all without ever being lost in the crowd of an oversized fitness class.

If you enjoy a class but can't make it consistently, our drop-in rate is $12 per class.
FITNESS BOOT CAMP
No drill sergeants here, just a fun and efficient full-body workout using your bodyweight and simple equipment. Knock out your exercise early and get on with your day, or stop by after work.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 5:45 – 6:30 AM
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 6:00 - 6:45 PM
Saturdays 9:00 - 9:45 AM
