We also offer flexible scheduling and payment options. You can choose to use our Stratford Hills studio, or have a certified trainer come to you. 1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Take advantage of everything a certified personal trainer has to offer: we'll be there in person to demonstrate movements, monitor your exercise form, provide motivation, add some fun and variety to your workouts, and address any questions you have. This option offers you the most control over scheduling. Sessions are one hour (30-minute training is also offered further down this page). $60 per session (with 30 session commitment) $65 per session (with 15+ session commitment) $70 per session (no minimum) 2-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
(FOR 2 TRAINEES) Does working out with a friend or significant other sound fun? Enjoy the camaraderie and benefit from the guidance of a fitness professional at the same time with our 2-on-1 personal training. This option also offers flexibility in scheduling. Sessions are one hour. $75 per session (with 30 session commitment, $37.50 per trainee) $85 per session (with 15+ session commitment, $42.50 per trainee) $95 per session (no minimum, $47.50 per trainee) Have 3 or 4 people in your group? Get a fun and efficient workout with private kickboxing lessons! Our 30-minute sessions are perfect for those new to kickboxing, for lunch breaks, or for those looking to burn a lot of calories in a half hour. $40 per session (with 30 session commitment) $42.50 per session (with 15+ session commitment) $45 per session (no minimum) For mobile/in-home training, please add $5 per session to the options above. Mobile personal training sessions are completed in your home or other agreed-upon location.
