As a working parent, it was difficult to find a fitness solution that fit in my schedule and gave me the results I wanted. I started Onward Fitness to provide people with the tools to make fitness a permanent part of their lives. My training philosophy is grounded in the belief of two things: the need for balance and the value of efficiency. Through personal training and fitness classes we implement strength, mobility, and cardiovascular components in a way that fits your life, allowing for consistency and results.
